Receptionist for an International Media Company!

Vacancy Description:

We are looking for a sparky and enthusiastic receptionist to join an international media company based in Central London! 

The ideal candidate will be vibrant and eager to learn, as well as having excellent communication and organisational skills. Due to the nature of the role being polite, courteous and professional in both attitude and appearance is essential. You should also have the ability to build strong collaborative relationships and demonstrate great attention to detail. 


  • Provide an efficient and exceptional service to both external and internal clients 
  • Ensure calls are answered quickly, politely and efficiently 
  • Keep an accurate record of all couriers/ cabs/ visitors, as well as monitoring spending 
  • Organise meeting rooms and arrange bookings 
  • Log all incoming deliveries and advise the recipients 
  • Organise deliveries and monitor progress 
  • Act proactively with keeping the necessary admin documents up to date
