Team Assistant - Global Media and Entertainment Sports Company, West London

A dynamic and fast-growing global media and entertainment sports company is looking for a Team Assistant to support their anti-piracy and legal teams. 

This varied role will suit a bright and ambitious Team Assistant looking for growth, variation and responsibility! Supporting different teams from Legal and Anti-Piracy teams, you will be exposed to fascinating and highly confidential work. We are looking for an individual with meticulous attention to detail, outstanding organisational skills and the ability to delivery tasks with accuracy and efficiency. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for diary management and meeting agendas for UK legal and anti-piracy teams (including providing holiday cover, where required, for Executive Assistant to Chief Sports Officer) 
  • Responsible for organising travel arrangements for UK legal and anti-piracy team

Support for Legal Team 

  • Managing high volume of contract approvals and signings and maintaining centralised log of all signed contracts 
  • Amending draft contracts, letters and reports based upon changes and amendments by the legal team 
  • Preparing draft agreements 
  • Co-ordinating SRA practising certificate renewals for the qualified lawyers within the London legal team 
  • Co-ordinating, where required, with global legal teams and external lawyers 
  • Management of team expenses and external legal invoices in co-ordination with the finance team 
  • Responsible for co-ordinating couriers for legal contracts, receiving documentation and co-ordinating with external contacts to ensure legal documentation has been received 
  • Management of the filing system for the legal team 

Support for Anti-Piracy Team 

  • Assisting the anti-piracy team with administrative tasks related to monitoring of online piracy and anti-piracy legal actions 
  • Assisting with preparation of anti-piracy management reports and presentations 
  • Attending meetings with anti-piracy colleagues to prepare summaries of agreed actions 

What we are looking for:

  • Ideally degree educated 
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills 
  • Attention to detail on written documents 
  • Meticulous, ability to work to deadlines 
  • Ability to co-ordinate multiple tasks  
  • Ability to build strong business relationships  
  • High energy with a commitment to actions and results 
  • Sound knowledge of IT programmes, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
