Project Manager - Fashion & Photography Company, London

Join an award-winning luxury fashion platform as a Project Manager! The role would be to support a hugely driven and ambitious team to ensure the smooth running of a busy studio and online platform. 

Working closely with the Creative Director and other relevant creative teams, we are looking for a Project Manager who possesses the agility and efficiency to juggle multiple tasks at once. The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a wider team will be essential and ultimately, we are looking for a passionate individual who thrives in a creative and fast-paced environment whilst always displaying a positive self-motivated attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining project timelines and ensuring all staff keep it maintained and up to date
• Working with the Creative Director to ensure recurring seasonal projects are planned and filmed
• Working closely with relevant departments to oversee and ensure post-production is managed as efficiently as possible 
• Overall support for departments where required
• Planning and filling seasonal fashion week live panel discussions
• Daily contact with the editorial team to organise workflow 
• Diary planning, including launches, shoots, internal and external meetings 
• Building and maintaining project timelines and ensuring all staff keep it maintained and up to date
• Coordinating with the social team to receive assets to deliver to project contributors 

What we are looking for: 

• Ideally 2-3 years’ experience in a busy project management role
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills
• Ability to liaise effectively with senior-level clients, to interpret and put concepts into practice
• Ability to multi-task and coordinate projects
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Industry awareness to be able to suggest new and exciting people who can contribute to the business
• Proficient in MS Office and MAC
