EA to Sales Team - Boutique furniture company in West London!

Vacancy Description:

A bespoke, international furniture boutique is wanting an EA to support their creative and committed sales team, based in South West London! They are looking for an organised, motivated and personable individual to join their family run team.

The role will be supporting the sales team, including Sales Director and Managing Director, so they are looking for someone who shows flexibility, the ability to prioritise and meet strict deadlines without getting flustered! 

Key Responsibilities;

  • General administrative support to the Sales Director and Managing Director in relation to quotations and tender submissions
  • Creating quotations using Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe PDF writer and making sure they are issued to the set deadlines
  • Liaising with suppliers and using internal systems to price and cost for tenders
  • Managing and populating the supplier library and the online internal system
  • Working alongside the sales team to make sure all quotes are issued to the set deadlines 
  • Following up on tender submissions and providing all the necessary company information clients may require 
  • Prepare and submit pre-qualification documents

What they’re looking for;

  • Organised and super efficient individual
  • Previous office support experience, ideally 2 years
  • Essential IT skills required: Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe PDF Writer 
  • Strong eye for detail
  • Positive, can do attitude
