EA/Office Assistant - Global Asset Management Firm, West London

Our client, a global asset management firm, is looking to recruit a highly motivated, enthusiastic and organised Executive Assistant / Office Assistant to oversee the daily operations of the office and support senior Executives. We are looking for someone who can manage administrative tasks, maintain a positive office environment, and ensuring the smooth running of office procedures. Working closely with the Office Manager and the London team; the role has scope to develop and offer exposure to various areas of the business.

Responsibilities will include: 

  • Manage day-to-day office operations including scheduling meetings, appointments, handling office correspondence, and managing phone calls
  • Scheduling travel arrangements for senior Executives and the London office
  • Organise and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory and ensure that office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
  • Assist in planning and organising company events and team building activities
  • Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Receiving high profile clients and securing refreshments for important business meetings
  • Conducting research and compiling data upon request
  • Accounts administration
  • Assist the Office Manager with all office related tasks

What we are looking for:

  • Similar experience working in a busy support role
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and possess the ability to problem solve and offer solutions in a highly entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
