HR / People Advisor -Wellness Brand, Hybrid

Our client, a sustainable wellness and fitness brand, is looking for a superstar People / HR Advisor to join their formidable People team! We are looking for someone with a regenerative mindset who will seamlessly support all things people to effortlessly coordinate the People team to ensure smooth running. The ideal candidate will be a driven individual who enjoys being in a fast-paced, passionate and supportive environment; not to mention brand awareness and mission alignment will be essential.
Responsibilities will include:
- Leading employee handbook and prioritising what needs to be updated
- People Tools & Systems Lead: mastering all systems, ensuring they are up to date at all times
- Payroll: action all back office to prepare payroll inputs and docs each month, liaising with
- Finance and People Leads Compliance: rally around all compliance needs, from Health & Safety to HMRC etc.
- All things People: analysing, designing, and revising People Operations, process mapping, and keeping information updated, compliant and easy to access
- Reporting: support on all Reporting & Analysis on everything people, and creating actionable insights
- Ownership of the management of the benefits package
- People Documentation: leading all people docs and filing (including contract, Visas, training, joining, leaving etc)
- Supporting Leaders as a trusted advisor and consultant on all general employee relations matters
- Proactively partner with leaders on building and supporting team performance
- Support on wider People strategic initiatives, including hybrid working, talent map, evolution (growth and development), internal communications and feedback
What we are looking for:
- Ideally 5+ years of experience working within People or HR teams
- A highly organised individual who pays meticulous attention to detail
- Self-motivated and hungry to embed into the team and swiftly amplify in your role
- Ability to build trusting relationships across the system
- Keen interest in regenerative leadership and building future-fit businesses
- Comfortable with employment law and able to provide clarity on what we must do to remain compliant in all areas
- Comfortable with leading projects from innovative start to effortless end and making sure everything People is running like a well-oiled machine
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, innovative and constantly changing environments
- Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards
Salary
£45,000 - £50,000 pa
