Vacancy Description:

We are looking for an organised and confident Office Coordinator to join a lovely small family owned Manufacturing and Interior Design Company in South West London on a 6-month contract!

You will have the opportunity to get involved in various support aspects as the team gradually return to the office! 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Ensuring the smooth running of the office
  • Managing supplier contracts and invoices 
  • Managing client invoices, purchase orders and providing quotes
  • General administrative support including filing, managing post and organising couriers

What we are looking for: 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office 
  • Strong organisational skills 
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements â€¨
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
