Producer - Global Artist Management Agency, East London

Vacancy Description:

A splendid opportunity for a Producer to join a Global Artist Management Agency; we are looking for someone who possesses agility and can ensure that productions run smoothly to the very highest of standards, meet deadlines, and stay within budgets. As a key voice and face of the agency, this Producer will have a professional, calm and mature approach to work whilst being the primary contact for everyone involved with shoots. It is essential that the individual can anticipate needs and can navigate any production brief independently, for both advertising and editorial shoots and maintain smooth running of shoots.   

Key Responsibilities will include: 

  • Liaise with agents, clients and artists on all production related information including travel arrangements and logistics
  • Create and manage production estimates for each project
  • Manage the production schedule of each project, including pre-production as well as post-production
  • Oversee merchants and vendors to ensure execution of all requirements as well as detailed tracking of expenses, invoices, legal documents
  • Ensure accuracy & timely send/receipt of invoices sent to clients
  • Maintain working knowledge of clients and creative teams/vendors within industry
  • Approve accounting statements for artists and submit job closings within the accounting deadlines
  • Together with the Stylist Producer and Junior Producers, oversee and manage general casting, photo release tracking, contact database, portfolio tracking, location scouting, call sheets, post-production schedules and any other aspects of production 
  • Accurate and current data entry and management of internal Lookbooks database
  • Oversee and manage current usage negotiations for all assigned artists, drafting photography agreements for each job, tracking any contracts are reviewed and signed by the relevant agent
  • Oversee, manage and train junior producers and production coordinators
  • Streamline communications and coordination with partner office in Europe

What we are looking for:

  • Ideally 18 months of experience as a Producer - preferably within an artist management agency 
  • Excellent communication skills both in a written and oral capacity 
  • Ability to conceptualise ideas
  • Flexible & entrepreneurial approach to all work
  • Self-motivated and confident 
  • 'Hands-on' and able to take on any challenge
  • Ability to deliver large-scale and complex projects
  • Proactive problem solver, possess initiative
