PA/Office Manager - PR Agency!

Vacancy Description:

An amazing opportunity for a sparky and motivated EA/Office Manager to join an established and international PR agency. They are a lovely company based in Holborn, looking for someone to contribute a positive and ‘can-do’ attitude to their growing team. 

This role is predominantly supporting the CEO, the Business Development Lead and looking after the day to day running of the office! It will be varied and will need someone who goes going above and beyond to help wherever needed! 


  • Overall smooth running of the office at all times, establishing and maintaining office standards
  • General PA duties to support two senior members 
  • Ensure appropriate systems and processes are developed and maintained to support effective and efficient day to day running
  • Ad hoc support for the rest of the team

What we are looking for:

  • A polished individual with relevant experience working as a PA/Office Manager

  • Ability to work independently, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive attitude with a good sense of humour
