Executive Assistant-Boutique Finance Company!
We are looking for an EA to work for a friendly and well-established boutique finance company based in Mayfair!
As an EA, you will be providing proactive and efficient support to the CEO. The role will include full support from diary and inbox management to travel arrangements and admin duties, therefore previous EA/PA experience is required to perform effectively in this role. We are looking for someone who is experienced, personable and able to demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, working with flexibility when required.
- Complex diary management and arranging travel requirements (local and international)
- Extensive meeting planning and/or scheduling
- Fielding telephone calls and email correspondence
- Arrange meetings and update schedules
- File organisation
- Database management
- Ad hoc assistance with general office management
- Internal and external event management (including off site team events)
- Editing, formatting and binding documents and presentations (including fortnightly team meeting packs)
- Keep up to date with any relevant training as deemed appropriate
