Team Assistant - Top Professional Athlete, Remote
Vacancy Description:
A top professional athlete is looking for a Team Assistant to support himself in a business and personal capacity as well as his business team. You will work closely with the athlete, the Chief of Staff, creative team and performance coach. This is a great opportunity to carve out a strong foundation in a multifaceted administrative role within a kind working environment.
You will have a great attitude, the ability to juggle multiple tasks within short time frames and be eager to be part of the team’s journey.
*Please note the role is predominantly remote with last minute travel required when necessary.
Responsibilities will include:
(Personal)
- Manage all parts of the athlete’s home life including managing cleaners, building concierge, drivers, and personal chefs
- Opening, sorting and distributing post, incoming emails, notices and other correspondence
- Ever-changing diary management
- Manage the maintenance and admin of the athlete’s properties in Europe
- Travel: seamlessly manage commercial and private flight bookings, coordinate cars, accommodation, restaurant reservations for the athlete, his friends and family
- Liaising with lawyers, accountants and wealth managers on admin / paperwork / upkeep of accounts
- Build a working relationship with the athlete’s family and friends and support with requests such as travel
- Arrange gifts for friends/family and managing birthday lists
- Coordinate with the athlete’s club on tickets for games and the athlete’s schedule
(Business)
- Carry out business administration
- Support with the organisation's services and campaigns
- Support Departments which include ‘Business Organisation + Development’ and ‘Head of Creative’
- Booking meetings, travel for Business Management/OPS + The Creative Team projects
- Admin tasks such as helping with contracts, project agreements, NDAs etc.
- Minute taking and record keeping
- Update budgets, spreadsheets, lists
- Processing and paying invoices and keeping logs up to date
- Keeping databases and contact lists updated
- Manage DHL / FedEx account and all post
- Organising Google Drive

Salary
£35,000 - £45,000 pa
