Receptionist/Team Assistant-Marketing Company!

We are looking for a highly organised Receptionist/Team Assistant to provide support to a lovely team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience dealing with clients/customers, have an excellent telephone manner, be meticulous and have an upbeat attitude.  The role has great scope for professional development, making it ideal for someone who is self-motivated and seeks career progression.

Responsibilities include: 

  • Provide support to the office to ensure smooth running of operations across the team 
  • Being the main point of contact for all calls
  • Managing diaries and calendars 
  • Liaising with other members of staff to organise meetings
  • Setting up conference calls
  • Looking after meeting rooms and their calendars
  • Greeting all visitors
  • Distributing post for the whole company, ordering couriers
  • Keeping abreast of office management (ordering stationery and supplies)
  • Provide administrative support, including diary management, travel and expenses, as well as manage reports and records 
  • Help organise business and team events 

The ideal candidate: 

  • Previous experience in a similar office or support role
  • Organised and able to multi-task  
  • Highly presentable and well groomed
  • Excellent communication skills and written English style  
  • Strong attention to detail  
  • Positive and consistent in nature
