Customer Relations Executive - UK Charity, London Bridge

Vacancy Description:

Our client, a UK charity that focuses on supporting health initiatives are seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Relations Executive to join their team. In this role you will be the ambassador of providing exceptional customer service by resolving enquiries via email and over the phone.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively
  • Provide information about products, services, and promotions
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer interaction records
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures 

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or customer relations role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
  • Strong telephone manner 
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
