Project Manager - Small Family Business within Property, Mayfair!

Join a small yet well-established family-run business within the building facility and refurb industry. Due to company growth and success, we are looking to hire a Project Manager based in Central London.

The brilliant Project Manager must have the ability to work with both clients and subcontractors, be a team player and must always feel happy to ask questions. The role will suit someone who enjoys coordinating, liaising with different people and ensuring project deadlines are met.


  • Meeting with both new and existing clients and maintaining favourable relations
  • Work with Projects team to deliver projects as required 
  • Cost / time estimation of new enquiries - I.e., measuring, producing schedule of works, costing via Excel
  • Liaison with suppliers and subcontractors 
  • Using online costing / tracking software to monitor jobs / quotes
  • Utilising WIP reports to ensure Projects team are aware of progress 
  • Present regular updates to Projects team to ensure good communication and any issues are resolved in a timely manner 
  • Attending pre-start meetings, regular progress meetings and sign-off/snagging meetings
  • Management of multiple projects and quotations
  • Formulating and monitoring of programme of works for discussion with engineers and client
  • Resource management to ensure relevant engineers/materials are onsite when required
  • Liaise with consultants to ensure works are carried out safely on-site and records are up to date
  • Preparing and sending/printing for site file

What we are looking for:

  • Meticulous attention to detail 
  • Excellent organisational and communicational skills
  • Strong Project Management skills 
  • Prince 2 Qualification ideal but not required 





£30,000 - £35,000 pa
