EA to Founder/Office Manager-Tech Company!

Vacancy Description:

Join a tech start up company as EA to Founder / Office Manager! This is an exciting opportunity to join a close-knit, dynamic and innovative team, in a fast-paced work environment. You will be providing full organisational support to the Founder as well as the wider team. Success in this role requires a highly organised, bright, forward thinking individual – who is sociable and great at building relationships. 

EA responsibilities:

  • Coordinate travel, create and maintain travel itineraries 
  • Manage the diary, organise and prioritise daily workload
  • Draft and prepare presentations and correspondence
  • Act as the first point of contact
  • Complete expense reports 
  • Maintain the general appearance of the office
  • Maintain IT equipment 
  • General duties such as filing, copying, ordering supplies, office organisation, etc. 
  • General errand running as required 
  • Other tasks or projects as assigned by management 

Office Management responsibilities:

  • Maintain the general appearance and day-to-day running of the office 
  • General duties such as filing, copying, ordering supplies, office organisation, etc. 
  • Other tasks or projects as assigned by management 

Requirements:

  • Must have experience as a PA/EA at senior level, ideally C-Suite
  • Working knowledge of the French language hugely beneficial
  • Ideally experience within a start-up, venture capital or private equity 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 – including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
