Production Coordinator - Global Sports Company, Central London

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Production Specialist / Coordinator to join the Creative Content team of one our favourite clients, a global sports media company.  

In this role, you will support global operations by coordinating with suppliers, managing budgets, and ensuring smooth logistics for all production activities. You will liaise with various departments, handle financial processes, and oversee travel and bookings to ensure timely and efficient production delivery.

Responsibilities will include:

• Manage and prepare production budgets across multiple projects
• Coordinate logistics, bookings, and travel for filming opportunities
• Liaise with contractors and clients, managing contracts and services
• Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and health & safety regulations
• Assist with production tasks and manage production schedules
