Vacancy Description:
Our client, a fast-growing international fintech company are looking for a proactive and highly organised Office Manager to join the team (3-4 days in office).
This newly created role key role will ensure the smooth running of the office, creating a positive and productive work environment. Your role will oversee office management, HR administration and also encompass light PA support for the CEO and CFO.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly
- Provide PA support including diary management and meeting coordination
- Oversee HR administration, including employee records, onboarding/offboarding, and supporting internal HR processes (HR software used – BambooHR)
- Assist with organising travel arrangements, team events and social activities
- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
What we are looking for:
- Ideally 2 years office coordination / admin experience
- Strong attention to detail and a conscientious approach
- Ability to take ownership and execute tasks efficiently
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A team player who is comfortable in a fast-paced, growing business
Salary
£35k plus 20% bonus
