We are delighted to be supporting a highly regarded boutique investment firm in their search for an experienced Office Manager to oversee the smooth running of their London office.

This is a pivotal and varied role — ideal for someone who takes pride in creating a polished, welcoming environment and enjoys being at the heart of a dynamic, professional team. You will be the go-to person for all things office-related, ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly and supporting the wider business with a thoughtful, can-do approach.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage daily office operations, facilities, and relationships with suppliers and building management
  • Lead health & safety and compliance, maintaining a safe and beautifully kept workplace
  • Support IT coordination and liaise with external providers
  • Assist with finance administration (expenses, invoices, budget tracking) and HR onboarding
  • Act as a cultural ambassador — helping to create a warm, professional environment for all employees and guests
  • Continuously seek opportunities to elevate the office experience and streamline processes

What we are looking for:

  • Previous Office Manager experience within an investment, financial services, or professional environment
  • Exceptionally organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • A natural communicator — approachable, confident, and discreet
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable managing relationships with external IT providers
  • Hands-on, flexible, and willing to take ownership of a broad range of tasks
