Business Operations Manager - Successful and Growing Hospitality Business, North London

Our client, a successful and growing hospitality business, is looking for a Business Operations Manager who can provide seamless support with all operational ventures. We are looking for someone with gravitas and panache who can be responsible for managing all business operations and ensure that all aspects, from hiring new employees to understanding general business operations or guiding work teams for projects are running smoothly.

It is essential the Ops Manager possesses great leadership skills and is able to communicate the vision of the company with strategic goals at the forefront of their priorities. 

Responsibilities will include

• Ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with the given standards and goals 
• Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures
• Monitor daily business operations and address potential issues when they arise
• Build processes that meet business objectives and ensure compliance
• Coordinate with the HR and Ops department to ensure hiring plans meet business needs
• Take into account the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into new strategic plans
• Effecting better business practices

 What we are looking for:

• Previous experience as a Business Operations Manager or in similar role
• Good knowledge of operations management
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Sound knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite
• Ideally Mandarin/Cantonese speaking but not essential
• Ideally degree educated in a relevant field 
• Outstanding people skills
