EA to CEO - Boutique Finance Firm (Maternity Contract), Green Park

Our client, one of Europe's leading Financial Services firms is looking for a superstar EA to support the charismatic and engaging CEO / Founder in a business and personal capacity on a fixed term contract of 10 months covering maternity.

Going through exponential growth, the firm pride themselves on embracing individuality, compassion, support and camaraderie. Acting as a true gatekeeper to the CEO; this fast-paced and ever-changing role will require someone who is robust, enthusiastic, and committed to building strong working relationships. Excellent communication skills will be fundamental for this role where no two days will be the same.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Complex diary and meeting management
  • Proactive management of calls, inbox and all correspondence
  • Extensive international travel management (both personal and business), including flights, hotels, visas
  • Preparing internal / external corporate documents 
  • Researching new business projects, compiling presentations and reports
  • Personal and household management: managing personal affairs, coordinating multiple home maintenance and repairs alongside property manager
  • Budget management: Handling financial matters for the client, including creating and managing budgets, tracking expenses, and paying bills
  • High level of confidentiality and relationship building
  • Proof-reading internal and external presentations and other communications
  • Scheduling preparation and briefing meetings ahead of all client engagements
  • Acting as a link between CEO and direct reports as well as wider teams globally
  • Coordinating internal and external events, workshops and conferences

 What we are looking for:

  • Ideally 6+ years of experience in a similar EA role supporting C-Suite/Senior Execs
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Outstanding communication skills in both a written and oral capacity
  • Meticulous attention to detail with high levels of discretion
  • Proactive, efficient and calm with the ability to multitask in fast paced environment
  • Ability to build relationships effectively
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Build and propagate company culture
  • Kind, caring and attentive to the Principal’s needs
  • Experience working in Financial Services is essential
  • Strong IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
