Our client, a fast-growing strategic communications firm based in Mayfair, is looking for a meticulously organised and enthusiastic Office Assistant/Team Assistant to join their busy and driven team!

Responsibilities will include: 

  • Welcoming and providing general support to clients/visitors 
  • Managing the meeting room booking process 
  • Supporting the Executive Assistant
  • Monitoring and ordering supplies of office stationery & consumables as required 
  • Point of contact for booking travel and processing visas for the team 
  • Providing support in organising internal and external events/meetings 
  • Liaising with the Finance team to generate monthly expense reports and filing receipts 
  • Managing and updating the CRM system regularly 
  • Acting as 1st line support for all IT issues (training provided)
  • Providing ad hoc support to the team 

What we are looking for: 

  • Someone with relevant experience working in an office environment, ideally 2+ years 
  • Impeccable written and spoken English 
  • Meticulously organised 
  • Able to deal with ambiguity, is solutions-focused, and to think on your feet 
  • High degree of personal integrity 
  • A manner which is professional, discrete and inspires trust 
  • Collaborative, flexible and adaptable 
  • A positive attitude with a good sense of humour 
  • Someone who is quick to learn in a fast-paced environment 
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office
