Vacancy Description:

A fantastic opportunity for Team Assistant / Receptionist to join a dynamic finance company based in Fitzrovia.

This is an office-based role where you will be responsible for meeting and greeting clients, working closely with facilities and developing strong internal relationships across the business. In addition, you will be providing team support and working closely with the Executive Assistant. This opportunity is suitable for a pro-active individual who can demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and keen to progress in the support role.

Responsibilities: 

  • Diary management, travel arrangements and supporting the EA
  • Meeting and greeting all clients, always ensuring excellent client service
  • Managing meeting rooms 
  • Developing a strong awareness of regular clients and maintaining professional and positive working relationships
  • Working closely with internal members of staff and developing strong relationships
  • Responsible for all daily incoming and outgoing post including arranging couriers
  • Always maintaining a high level of visibility in reception, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere
  • Placing stationery orders and monitoring stock levels and deliveries
  • Assisting teams with ad-hoc administration duties

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in a support role 
  • Needs to be highly organised and able to multitask
  • Ability to work with a strong degree of independence and take ownership of tasks
  • Strong communication skills are essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Intermediate on MS packages
  • Extremely professional with the ability to maintain integrity and discretion
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
  • Punctual
  • Flexible and proactive attitude
  • Polite and friendly manner
  • Well-presented appearance
