EA to Founder - Luxury Brand Partnerships Consultancy, London

A leading consultancy focusing on brand partnerships for the luxury and HNW world are looking for a driven, level-headed and enthusiastic EA to support the founder of their small yet dynamic team. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and work across a number of key business functions, thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere and juggle multiple tasks at any given time whilst providing utmost comprehensive support to the inimitable CEO.
The brilliant EA must be happy to muck in and take on a variety of tasks, with no task seeming too menial, foster strong working relationships and manage an everchanging diary. There will also be an element of private support to the role; making this a varied and all encompassing role.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Diary management across multiple time zones
- Draft correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Manage all business and personal travel (domestic and international), and produce comprehensive itineraries
- Support the CEO with personal ad hoc projects, which could include organising parties and holiday celebrations
- Prepare research and meeting packs, manage internal team deliverables, and communicate key tasks and deadlines across the team
- Support in the delivery and measurement of events, working with third party partners where necessary in the UK and abroad
- Maintain the company’s extensive database of contacts
- Assist in the facilitation of internal business development events, which could include global travel according to business needs, e.g. Private Views of exhibitions, theatre trips with clients and new business contacts, and thought leadership events
- Oversee office operations including all external suppliers and general upkeep
- Manage and update manuals, templates, and collateral
What we are looking for:
- Ideally 3+ years of experience in a similar support role
- Experience supporting a founder led business ideally
- Exceptional communicator who is able to engage confidently with clients and partners and build relationships with external stakeholders
- A self-starter with a hands-on approach and the ability to hit the ground running
- Ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously
- Adaptable, able to multitask, think on your feet, and show initiative
- Empathetic and emotionally articulate team member
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of the CEO
- Ability to maintain the utmost sensitivity and discretion when working with clients and partners
Salary
£30,000 - £45,000 pa
