Award winning and industry leading creative communications agency specialising in brand positioning and corporate reporting is looking to hire an experienced and wonderful Office & HR Manager to join the Operations team!
This key role will ensure the smooth running of the office and HR functions, creating a positive and productive work environment. You will oversee office management, HR administration, facilities management, and health and safety compliance.
Responsibilities will include:
Office Management:
- Oversee daily office operations, including housekeeping, meeting room setup, and supply management.
- Coordinate office events and social activities.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
Facilities Management:
- Ensure all facilities are well-maintained and compliant with H&S regulations.
- Manage office security, including fire safety and emergency procedures.
- Work closely with external partners for IT and maintenance services.
HR:
- Act as the main HR contact for employees, managing onboarding, offboarding, and employee benefits.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure legal compliance.
- Support and lead HR projects, including recruitment, policy implementation and performance reviews.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- HR experience and knowledge essential
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Valid first aid qualification
- Independent and proactive at managing workload, ability to plan multiple tasks and meet requests / deadlines as necessary
- Being a positive and cheerful focus at the heart of the studio
Salary
£45,000 - £50,000 pa
