A fast-growing, leading and pioneering wellness brand is looking for a capable and experienced Business / Office Manager to join their fabulous team which is currently composed of 40 people.

With huge growth projected over the next 5 years, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Office Manager who will be the heartbeat of the office! As a key stakeholder, we need someone who is forward thinking, full of ideas and excited to be playing a key pivotal role in ensuring the company is a great place to work. 

No two days will be the same in this fast-paced environment but as you will be supporting the entire team, this fantastic role offers huge variety as you’ll be wearing multiple caps! Although the standards are high, the growth will be exceptional for the right candidate!


  • Effectively manage team by organising meetings/events, travel bookings, external meetings, manage Team calendar, assist Head of Finance with admin management 
  • Day-to day responsibilities for MD
  • Organise team events such as Christmas party
  • Induction for new starters 
  • Manage IT support, oversee relationship with the provider
  • Oversee relationship with facilities/building provider
  • Manage office stock supplies, samples and sundries
  • Assist Team with samples send outs
  • Ensuring office efficiency is maintained by carrying out the planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts and office systems
  • Maintaining and developing office policies by setting up procedures to guide the operation of the office
  • Provide great Customer Service as the first point of contact for inbound e-mail and phone enquiries

What we are looking for:

  • Similar office management and EA support experience, preferably in a fast-growing business 
  • Excellent use of MS Office 
  • Strong business and commercial acumen 
  • Strong communication and IT fluency
  • Understanding of brand value
  • Passionate about being the lynchpin of the office!
