Travel Coordinator - International Media Sports Company, Mayfair

Our client, a global professional circuit in the sports industry who are set for exponential growth and success are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Travel Coordinator to join their new and growing team based in their office in Central London. 

As the Travel Coordinator, you will be responsible for organising and coordinating all aspects of global travel arrangements and booking logistics for employees and contractors within.

With a calendar of tournaments worldwide and throughout the year taking place, we need a commercially astute, highly organised individual who has a track record of organising complex global travel to ensure our tour operations run seamlessly. This role will suit an individual who enjoys coordinating, problem solving, is methodical and enjoys working in a fast-paced role!


  • Travel coordination and logistics: Manage the coordination of multiple, often complex, global logistics including flights, trains, hotels and transfers. Pre-empt travel plans for upcoming tournaments as necessary. 
  • On-the-ground operations: Support the tour operations team with the logistical delivery of tournaments, including coordinating with promoters and managing accreditations. 
  • Budget management: Ensure all travel arrangements and bookings are made cost effectively and are in accordance with company policy and procedures. Track all travel spend against annual budget. 
  • Supplier management: Work closely with suppliers and travel agencies to maintain good working relationships, identifying preferred suppliers, and securing bookings at the best rates. 
  • Prioritisation and problem solving: Prioritise travel requests based on urgency, working to tight deadlines or in response to urgent scheduling. Provide effective solutions for travel issues quickly and efficiently.

What we are looking for:

  • Ideally 3 years’ experience in PA, EA, Logistics or Travel Coordination role
  • Must have experience booking global travel
  • Strong work ethic with attention to detail
  • Meticulous, ability to work to deadlines
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Must have experience booking extensive travel
  • Geographical awareness
