Officer Manager - Award-Winning Marketing Consultancy!

Vacancy Description:

Our client is an award-winning marketing consultancy and are looking for an Office Manager to join their team!

This new role will be responsible for the smooth running of the office and supporting employees’ working environments within the hybrid working model.

Main responsibilities:

  • Maintaining relevant records and logs
  • Ensuring stationery and refreshments are stocked
  • Being the first point of contact for visitors, couriers and suppliers
  • Management of printers and hardware ordering
  • Dealing with day-to-day IT request from staff
  • Management of systems, suppliers and maintenance
  • Working with the People team to ensure events are celebrated accordingly, e.g. birthdays, engagements etc…

What we are looking for:

  • Previous office management experience
  • Confident communicator and influencer
  • Detail orientated
  • Proactive and adaptable attitude
  • Ideally experience in IT and troubleshooting
