We have just taken on a fantastic Part Time opportunity for a smart and intelligent professional to join a leading, forward-thinking and super successful boutique global search firm.
Working for one of London’s most successful and high-performing search firms, you will join the team as Operations Manager on a part-time basis (2.5 days per week for an initial 6-month contract, with potential for extension to a permanent role).
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations, managing company finances, and supporting administrative functions across the business including HR support. The role will require an experienced professional with strong commercial and business acumen

Responsibilities will include:
- Office Management: Handle day-to-day office operations including ordering supplies and dealing with queries related to the office space (WeWork).
- Financial Administration: Manage payroll payments, issue and chase invoices, and field requests from accountants.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with external and internal stakeholders, including clients, vendors, Rec2Rec agencies, and staff, on various processes.
- Maintaining Records: Manage filing of contracts, internal records, insurance, client terms, and other important documents.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for staff, ensuring a smooth transition for all employees.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with external marketing agencies to manage employer branding and marketing materials.
- Compliance Management: Oversee compliance matters, including visas, payroll for the US, insurance, and employee health benefits.
- HR Liaison: Work with the HR point of contact to schedule training and manage HR-related queries from staff.
What we are looking for:
- Strong ops experience including finance admin experience (payroll, invoicing, expenses)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, both internal and external
- High attention to detail
- Familiarity with compliance and HR processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage a variety of tasks efficiently
