Our client, a highly successful and established global investment firm, is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a group of senior leaders, including C-Suite executives.

Operating within a fast-paced, high-performing and collaborative environment, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced EA who thrives at pace and enjoys being at the heart of a busy business. Supporting multiple senior professionals, you’ll need to be one step ahead at all times. Juggling ever-changing priorities, complex diaries and international travel whilst remaining calm, polished and solutions-focused.

The team are looking for someone who takes real pride in their work; a proactive, dependable and highly organised EA with exceptional attention to detail and a genuine no-task-too-small attitude.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Complex diary and meeting management for multiple senior professionals, including C-Suite
  • Coordinating meetings across multiple international time zones
  • Extensive domestic and international travel management, including flights, accommodation, itineraries and logistics
  • Managing expenses and associated administration
  • Providing seamless day-to-day administrative support to senior executives
  • Prioritising conflicting demands and adapting quickly to changing schedules
  • Building strong working relationships across the business and with external stakeholders
  • Handling highly confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion
  • Supporting with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks
  • Ensuring all work is completed accurately and within required timeframes

 

What we are looking for:

  • Ideally 5+ years of experience as an EA, Team Assistant or in a similar role supporting multiple senior executives
  • Previous experience within Financial Services or another fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Excellent organisation, prioritisation and time-management skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Confident managing multiple diaries, priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Calm, adaptable and solutions-focused when working under pressure
  • High levels of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
  • A positive, proactive and resourceful approach
  • Someone dependable, hands-on and genuinely happy to get stuck into whatever needs doing
  • Strong relationship-building skills across all levels of a business
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office and Outlook
