Our client, an exciting boutique TV and Film Production Company, is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Senior Leadership Team.

This is an integral role within the business, requiring a highly organised, proactive and discreet Executive Assistant who can confidently manage a complex and ever-changing diary, ensuring the CEO and senior team remain aligned, efficient and focused on what they do best – creating outstanding content.

The successful candidate will be a highly organised, proactive and discreet EA who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. You will have excellent judgement, strong communication skills and the ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure.

Working closely with the senior team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the business – building relationships, maintaining efficient processes and bringing structure to a dynamic production environment.

Initial responsibilities will include:

  • Managing complex and ever-changing diaries across multiple productions and projects, anticipating priorities and resolving scheduling challenges
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing briefing materials and ensuring key actions are tracked and followed through
  • Managing correspondence, travel arrangements, expenses and administrative processes with accuracy and discretion
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, including broadcasters, production partners, agents and senior industry contacts
  • Supporting company initiatives, events, onboarding and the smooth running of day-to-day operations
  • Maintaining efficient systems, processes and confidential records across the business


What we are looking for: 

  • Previous experience supporting multiple senior executives as an EA / PA ideally within a creative environment
  • Experience within scripted television, film, media or entertainment would be highly advantageous, along with an understanding of production processes and workflows
  • Outstanding diary management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail
  • A proactive, discreet and solutions-focused approach with strong judgement and confidence liaising with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of a business
  • Strong IT skills, including experience using Mac systems and Google Workspace
