Team PA – Investment Management Firm, Oxford Circus

Duration Permanent

Location London

Salary £50,000 - £65,000 + bonus

REF: NWTPA

We are partnering with a long-established investment management firm in Central London to find a bright and sharp PA to support a small but exceptionally high-calibre team.

This is not a traditional ‘diary management only’ PA role. It sits inside a hedge fund environment where detail matters, timing is critical, and the flow of information, and decision-making is constant. You will be working closely with an experienced Executive Assistant and senior leadership team, becoming a key part of how the business actually runs day-to-day.

The culture is small, direct and highly collaborative. People are trusted to take ownership, think ahead and get things right without needing constant direction. There is a strong emphasis on accountability, pace and precision, balanced with a down-to-earth and genuinely respectful working style.

The role is a combination of classic PA support with real operational substance – including finance administration, travel logistics, coordination across stakeholders, and the kind of behind-the-scenes organisation that keeps a fast-moving investment business running smoothly.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative and organisational support to senior leadership
  • Managing diaries, meetings and scheduling across multiple stakeholders
  • Supporting preparation of documents, presentations and reports
  • Coordinating complex business and personal travel arrangements
  • Preparing detailed itineraries, including flights, accommodation and logistics
  • Supporting expenses, invoice processing and financial record keeping
  • Assisting with reconciliations and monthly administrative finance tasks
  • Supporting household and personal administration as required
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects and wider team support
  • Providing occasional office support when needed

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in a PA / Team Assistant role
  • Exposure to finance administration, investment, or professional services environments would be an advantage
  • Confident handling financial administration, expenses and invoices
  • Discreet and professional when dealing with confidential information
  • Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
  • Calm under pressure with sound judgement
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities at pace
  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Ideally experience using accounting software (QuickBooks or XERO)

This is a high-performing but down-to-earth organisation where people take pride in their work and operate with a strong sense of accountability. The support function plays a critical role in the success of the wider business, and this role offers genuine exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to become an integral part of a small and trusted team.
