Private PA to High-Profile Creative Founder, Central London

We are conducting a search on behalf of a highly respected entrepreneur and creative business founder for an exceptional Private PA.

This is an opportunity to support a principal with exacting standards, beautiful homes and a fast-paced personal life. The successful candidate will act as the operational backbone of the household, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while providing discreet, intuitive support of the highest calibre.

The role requires a polished, highly organised and proactive PA who takes genuine pride in creating order, anticipating needs and delivering an exceptional level of service. This is not simply an administrative position; it is a lifestyle management role requiring outstanding judgement, discretion and attention to detail.

Success in this role will come from your ability to run everything exceptionally well in the background, keeping the principal informed without burdening them with unnecessary detail.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of a substantial private residence and ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards at all times
  • Manage and coordinate all household maintenance, repairs and preventative upkeep
  • Liaise with and oversee external contractors including gardeners, florists, alarm specialists and other service partners
  • Supervise and coordinate a team of household staff, managing rotas, schedules, leave and performance
  • Handle household budgets, invoices, receipts and payment tracking
  • Arrange personal appointments and manage ongoing household logistics
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries and related logistics
  • Assist with planning and execution of private entertaining and events
  • Manage pet care including veterinary appointments, grooming, boarding and related administration
  • Coordinate artwork transportation, framing, installation and conservation requirements alongside specialist advisors
  • Manage family-related administration, correspondence and ongoing commitments
  • Act as a central point of contact between the household, family office, advisers and external suppliers
  • Ensure the principal’s privacy, security and personal preferences are consistently protected and respected


What we are looking for: 

  • Previous experience supporting an UHNW individual, principal or private household
  • Naturally discreet, professional and emotionally intelligent
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Calm under pressure and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable taking ownership and making confident decisions independently
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to deal effectively with household staff, contractors, advisers and external stakeholders
  • Service-oriented with a genuine commitment to excellence
  • Polished communication skills and strong administrative capability
  • Able to strike the perfect balance between keeping a principal informed and shielding them from unnecessary operational detail
  • Flexible, hands-on and willing to assist wherever required

This role would suit an experienced private PA, Household Manager or lifestyle professional who understands the importance of discretion, precision and white-glove service. You will become a trusted extension of the principal, ensuring every aspect of their personal world operates effortlessly and to an exceptionally high standard.
