Producer – Creative Agency, Paris | Full-time

Our client is a leading global creative agency representing some of the most exciting talent in photography, styling, casting, hair and make-up. Working with internationally renowned luxury, beauty and fashion brands, the agency delivers exceptional advertising campaigns, editorials and creative projects.

They are now looking for an outstanding Producer to join their Paris team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creatively minded, highly organised Producer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing ambitious ideas to life. Working closely with artists, agents, clients and production teams, you’ll oversee productions from initial brief through to final delivery, ensuring every detail is executed seamlessly.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing advertising and editorial productions from brief through to completion
• Liaising with artists, agents, clients and suppliers on production logistics, schedules and travel
• Creating and managing production estimates, budgets and reconciliations
• Building production schedules, call sheets and project timelines
• Coordinating locations, casting, crew, equipment and suppliers
• Managing invoices, expenses, contracts and production documentation
• Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring a seamless production experience
• Anticipating challenges and delivering creative, practical solutions.

What we are looking for: 

• Ideally 3 years’ experience in production within advertising, fashion, beauty, editorial or the wider creative industries
• Previous agency experience (artist management experience highly advantageous)
• Native or fluent French, with professional English
• A genuine passion for fashion, beauty and creative production
• Excellent organisational and project management skills
• A proactive, entrepreneurial and hands-on approach
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across clients, artists and teams
• The ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail, commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
