Responsibilities will include:

  • Inbox management, prioritisation, and correspondence handling
  • Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and right-hand support
  • Coordinating travel, appointments, and personal scheduling
  • Preparing agendas, documentation, and follow-up actions
  • Supporting both private and professional priorities seamlessly

Client Services & HNW Support

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for HNW patients and families
  • Delivering a seamless, high-touch “white glove” client experience
  • Liaising with private assistants, family offices, and advisers
  • Meeting and greeting clients and supporting in-person visits
  • Coordinating referrals, appointments, and medical pathways
  • Handling sensitive communications with discretion and empathy
  • Occasional accompaniment to appointments where required

Practice Operations & Administration

  • Managing patient systems, CRM updates and administrative workflows
  • Drafting referral letters and managing documentation
  • Maintaining accurate records, logs and trackers
  • Supporting invoicing, expenses and basic finance admin
  • Working alongside and overseeing a Junior PA
  • Supporting the ongoing development of systems and processes

What we are looking for:

  • Proven EA / PA or client services experience
  • Confidence working in UHNW or high-expectation environments
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills
  • Strong experience with diary and inbox management
  • High levels of discretion and emotional intelligence
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable working across Chelsea, Victoria and Central London locations
  • Tech confident and quick to learn new systems
  • Natural leadership and mentoring ability

Additional Details

  • Immediate start preferred
  • Flexible working available post-onboarding

This is an outstanding opportunity for a polished, service-led Senior EA to step into a trusted, client-facing role within a refined private healthcare environment, supporting both a leading practitioner and an exceptional UHNW client base.
