Duration Permanent

Location London

Salary £40,000 - £50,000

REF: PHPASM

We’re delighted to be partnering with an exciting independent creative studio to find an exceptional Studio Manager / PA. Supporting the Founder, you’ll become the operational heartbeat of the business – keeping the studio running like clockwork while ensuring creative projects, client relationships and day-to-day operations never miss a beat.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected studio producing fashion campaigns, editorials and creative content for globally recognised brands. Small, ambitious and collaborative, the role offers genuine variety, autonomy and the chance to make a real impact from day one.

Perfect for someone who instinctively knows what’s happening before anyone has to ask, thrives in fast-moving creative environments and loves bringing calm, structure and organisation to busy projects. Based in one of East London’s most inspiring creative hubs, you’ll sit at the centre of the business with visibility across every project, coordinating people, productions and logistics while acting as the Founder’s trusted right hand.

Working closely with an entrepreneurial founder, you’ll be empowered to take ownership, improve workflows and become an indispensable partner.

Working Pattern: Hybrid (4 days in the studio, Fridays from home)

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day running of the studio, ensuring everything operates seamlessly
  • Diary, inbox and travel management for the Founder
  • Acting as the central point of coordination across all live creative projects
  • Supporting production planning, scheduling, logistics, freelancers and external crews
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and production partners
  • Coordinating meetings, shoots and project timelines
  • Managing budgets, invoices and finance administration
  • Overseeing the shared studio environment, creating an organised and welcoming workspace
  • Maintaining internal systems and workflows (Google Workspace & Monday.com)
  • Ensuring nothing slips through the cracks – you’ll know exactly what’s happening across every live project
  • Supporting exciting new creative initiatives as the business continues to evolve

What we are looking for:

  • Ideally 3-4+ years’ experience within a creative studio, agency or production environment
  • Previous experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, Studio Manager or in an Operations role
  • Outstanding organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset – you’ll spot problems before they arise
  • Confidence juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with clients, freelancers and creative teams
  • The ability to work independently and take ownership without needing direction
  • Absolute discretion, professionalism and sound judgement
  • An eye for design and presentation
  • An interest in fashion, photography, branding or creative production

If you’re looking for a role where you can immerse yourself in the creative process, build genuine relationships and become the operational backbone of a growing studio, we’d love to hear from you!
