An exciting opportunity has arisen for a bright, organised and proactive Team Assistant to join a highly respected global property business based in Central London. Known for its exceptional reputation and international presence, this company offers a dynamic and collaborative environment where you will play a key role in keeping a busy team running smoothly.

Working within a friendly and dynamic division, you’ll support a group of senior professionals and a vibrant wider team. • Client liaison, working closely with internal colleagues and external assistants
  • Supporting with invoicing, expenses and financial administration
  • Producing, formatting and proofreading reports and presentations
  • Creating and editing PowerPoint presentations
  • Managing electronic filing systems and databases
  • Organising team events, client dinners and industry events

  • Arranging purchase orders and general team administration

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a team assistant or administrative role
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when formatting documents
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
  • A proactive, can-do approach and willingness to get stuck in
  • A natural ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients

If you’re an organised, personable and enthusiastic assistant who thrives in a busy team environment, this is a brilliant opportunity to step into a highly regarded organisation and make a real impact.
