What information do we collect and process about you, what do we do with it and why? 

When you visit our website and complete the ‘Contact Us’ form

We collect your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your enquiry. We process this information with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by contacting us.

Social media links on our website

If you click on these links—why wouldn’t you? – you will be redirected to the respective sites. For information on the privacy practices of Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, please refer to their privacy notices. We do this with your consent and you can withdraw that at any time.  Just contact us to do so.

When you interact with us on social media

We use Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn to promote our business. When you comment on our posts or send us a private message, you may share personal data with us. We will only use this data to communicate with you and for no other purpose. Additionally, we may receive insights from LinkedIn about how you interact with our posts and pages on their platform. We process your personal data based on our legitimate interest in promoting our business, increasing audience engagement on social media, and responding to your comments and queries.

When you sign up for our newsletter

We will need your email address so we can send you our electronic newsletter. We do this with your consent and you can withdraw that at any time.  Just contact us to do so. We do not share this data with anyone else.

If you visit us in person

We will take your name, the name of the person you are visiting, your company (if applicable), and your arrival and departure times.

We need this to comply with health and safety laws so do this under legal obligation.

If you want us to help you find the role of your dreams

We will need your CV, including the usual details such as your name, location, employment history, and relevant educational background. We process this information under the basis of performing a contract.

Please note that we do not require any special category data, such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic or biometric data, health information, or details about your sex life or sexual orientation. If you choose to provide such information, you do so with your consent, which can be withdrawn at any time by contacting us. However, please be aware that we may delete any unnecessary data.

We will then meet with you in person or online to discuss more details about you, your desired role, and your preferences to help us find the right job for you. This information will be stored in our CRM system, processed under the performance of a contract.

We may ask for your consent to take a screenshot or photo of you for internal use only. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

As expected, we may share some of this information with clients who are looking to hire wonderful people like you.  If you change your mind at any stage of the process or with any specific client, please let us know.

If you want us to help you find your ideal candidate

We will need your name, email address, and optionally, your phone number. This information allows us to contact you, discuss your requirements, and begin the search for the right person to fill your vacancy. We process this information under the basis of performing a contract.

How do we protect your data

This is the boring bit sorry…we use technical and organisational measures (access controls, least user privilege etc.) to look after your personal data.

  • Rectify Your Data – If your data is incorrect or outdated, such as a new phone number, email address, or an update to your CV, let us know, and we’ll make the necessary changes.
