Feeling Like A Clear Yes
What I’ve learned about why some candidates stand out more than others.
You will be the same you at the end of 2023, but for the hobbies you discover, books you read, and people you meet throughout the year.
That’s not to say you need to adopt a ‘new year, new me’ mindset; perhaps 2023 is the year that you get to know yourself, what you enjoy and how you like to live.
Your fundamentals will stay the same – you’ll still have the same upbringing, past experiences, and probably the same favourite cuisine, but you can equip yourself with a new set of habits that allow you to live your life to the fullest.
Here are a few habits that could change your life in 2023, and may just stop the urge to chase that ‘new you’ in 2024:
January can be the toughest month of the year, but focusing on building a routine can make getting through the long dark days that little bit easier. Reflect honestly on your day, figure out what slows you down and intervene – you’ll be able to de-clutter your day and make room for the things you truly love.

As Gen Z enters the workforce, employers are facing new challenges around culture, values, and expectations. How companies respond now will shape team dynamics, retention, and long-term success.
“There’s no one way to live a life.” One simple line from an International Women’s Day panel stayed with me. We spend so much time following narratives we think we’re supposed to live by. But real change begins when we take ownership of our choices and start writing our own.
