Temp Customer Services Executive - Fashion Business, Remote

Start Date: ASAP for at least 3 months

We’re looking for a confident and reliable individual to join a lovely team on a temporary basis to support customer service operations within a dynamic fashion business.

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service across various channels (email, live chat, etc.). You’ll be helping to manage day-to-day customer queries, returns, order updates and general support.

Responsibilities will include:

• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Clear, professional communication skills
• Able to work independently and efficiently
• Experience with Gorgias is a huge bonus (but not essential)
• Passion or interest in the fashion industry is a plus

What we are looking for:

• Friendly and confident with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Immediate start preferred
• Proactive and friendly with a knack for great customer service
