Part-Time PA - Successful Doctor / Psychiatrist, Remote (US)

** Must have existing right to work in the US **

Our client, a successful Doctor/Psychiatrist based in the US is looking for a proactive part-time PA (EST time zone) to provide her with both business and personal support in a remote capacity. An absolute trailblazer in her field, she is now setting up her own company so there will be lots to get involved with. The ideal candidate will be a true self-starter, highly organised, great at multitasking and will pay meticulous attention to detail.

NB: Open on days and hours to begin with – can be flexible for the right person

Responsibilities will include:

• Diary management and scheduling (business and personal will cross over)
• Maintain incoming emails and correspondence
• Travel management
• Project involvement
• Run errands 
• General admin and organisation 
• Organise events and gift purchasing 
• Researching and booking restaurants
• Researching on behalf of the Principal 

What we are looking for:

• Ideally some experience in a similar role 
• Excellent organisation and communication skills 
• Calm with the ability to work well under pressure
• Proactive, efficient and a self-starter
• Kind, caring and attentive to the Principal’s needs
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, be proactive and demonstrate self-initiative
