Team Assistant - Global Real Estate Co, Central London

Amazing opportunity to join a leading property company! Based in Central London, our client is a leader in its industry with a fantastic reputation and presence worldwide.

We are looking for a bright, organised and enthusiastic Team Assistant to support a busy and dynamic team. As one of the Team Assistants, you will be helping to push the team forward by anticipating the needs and providing seamless operational and administrative support. 

Responsibilities will include: 

  • Providing full administrative to support the team.
  • Diary/email/travel management
  • Arranging internal and external meetings including refreshments
  • Booking restaurants
  • Liaise with internal and external clients and their corresponding assistants
  • Raise regular monthly fee invoices.
  • Production, formatting and proof-reading of reports to ensure all to brand standard
  • Creating/editing Microsoft PowerPoint presentations
  • Expenses for fee earners
  • Maintenance of electronic files
  • Attend monthly team meetings as required
  • Ordering IT equipment / liaising with IT on any issues with regard to equipment
  • Assisting with arrangements for internal and events
  • Arranging Purchase Orders.

What we are looking for: 

  • Ideally degree educated 
  • Excellent level of skill using MS Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Proactive and able to work on initiative
  • Previous experience in a team support / administrator role 
  • Ability to show initiative and provide a high level of service to, and establish rapport with, clients and colleagues
