Associate Agent - Creative Artist Management Company, North London

Vacancy Description:

A fantastic opportunity for an efficient, tenacious, diligent and experienced individual to join a creative Artist Management agency in London. 

This role is predominantly providing first class management to high-profile artists; representing and promoting them! This a varied and fast-paced role, which will require agility, flexibility and a positive working attitude. This role will require the candidate to juggle multiple tasks at any one time and be adaptable to the ever-changing schedule as no two days will be the same. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Artists' diary management (professional and personal)
  • Artist promotion/client meetings
  • Fee negotiation/creating estimates/rates 
  • Produce budgets and jobs keeping within the allocated budget
  • Supervising billing and reconciliation of budgets with the production/accounting team
  • Supervising the team for all portfolio / website / social media management - ensuring that artist portfolios and websites are updated immediately upon publication of work and all tear sheets/magazines are requested
  • Building the company database
  • Build close relationships with all Artists and understand their needs and career goals
  • To be an ambassador for the agency 
  • Supervising and training any members of the team at a more junior level to include interns
  • Liaising with accounts in sending out invoices one week after job date and chasing invoices for payment 
  • Liaising with accounts in preparing artist payments once agency has been paid

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, be proactive and demonstrate self-initiative
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel occasionally
