A global corporate media company is seeking a proactive and experienced Front of House / Office Coordinator to join their London team on a
temporary basis starting ASAP!
As the face and heartbeat of the office, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, manage suppliers and budgets, and ensure a warm, professional experience for staff and visitors. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the company’s positive culture while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, suppliers and budgets
- Act as first point of contact for staff and guests
- Coordinate meetings, travel and office logistics
- Maintain facilities, health & safety, and compliance
- Support onboarding and team events
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in an Office Manager, Operations or busy FOH Reception role
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Confident managing suppliers, contracts, and budgets
- Positive, hands-on approach and attention to detail
Salary
£15.00 - £16.00 ph
