Office Manager - Asset Management Company, City

Vacancy Description:

Our client, a forward-focused real estate investment management company based in the City, is looking for a multifaceted Office Manager / Team Assistant to provide seamless support. We are looking for a team player who also possesses the ability to work autonomously whilst delivering tasks to a high standard. This is a lovely, varied role for someone who likes to take on responsibility, being confident and having the ability to prioritise effectively is essential.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Diary management
  • General admin to support management team
  • Booking travel arrangements
  • General admin to support management team
  • Act as first point of contact, answering phone promptly and professionally
  • Book and manage meeting rooms and conference calls
  • Manage and distribute postage and packages
  • Arrange catering for client meetings and the board meetings
  • Set up and clear meeting rooms before and after each meeting.
  • Order supplies, stationery, maintain constant supply level
  • Work with IT support company to manage various aspects of the IT operations
  • Research/book external meeting venues when needed
  • Maintain and adhere to health and safety guidelines  
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Make sure office area looks presentable

Skills and Experience Required

  • 2+ years of office coordination / team assistance / reception experience
  • Impeccable written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
  • Confident, personable, pro-active attitude
  • Proficient usage of MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
