Team Assistant - Boutique Finance Firm, Piccadilly Circus
Vacancy Description:
We’re hiring a Team Assistant to join a fantastic and lively Business Development team at a dynamic boutique financial services firm. This is a hands-on role supporting the Investor Relations function for 4 sales professionals, as well as liaising with client services and product teams.
You’ll be at the heart of the team’s operations, keeping the wheels turning for everything from investor roadshows to day-to-day CRM and administrative support. This is a role for someone organised, enthusiastic and enjoys being the go-to person for a team!
Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating travel, accommodation, and itineraries for roadshows, client meetings, and events (lots of travel involved!)
- Managing diaries and schedules for the team
- Preparing briefing materials, decks, and investor reports ahead of meetings
- CRM administration - updating client data, managing pipeline information, generating reports
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of client engagements
- Handling expense reporting, filing, and other ad hoc administrative support
- Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting team events and client-facing initiatives with logistics and organisation
Who we’re looking for:
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting a fast-paced team
- Confident with data management and CRM systems
- Strong travel coordination skills and a love of planning logistics
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a sense of humour
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Tech-savvy - confident with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
Salary
£45,000 - £65,000 pa
