Global award-winning consulting firm, known for its vibrant culture and high-performing teams, is looking for an Office Manager to join its London HQ. We are helping our client hire for a highly organised, personable and proactive Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centric environment.

Playing a vital role in keeping the operations running smoothly, you will be working closely with leadership, managing an Office Assistant, and supporting both business-critical and cultural initiatives. This is a wonderful opportunity to shape how the London office operates day-to-day while being part of a mission-driven, values-led consultancy with a genuine commitment to employee wellbeing and growth.

This is a full-time, in-person role with working hours of 42.5 hours per week, typically on a shift pattern of either 07:45–16:15 or 09:00–17:30, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Own the day-to-day running of the London office, supported by an Office Assistant
  • Welcome clients and guests, ensuring a warm and professional environment
  • Partner with HR to onboard new team members and lead new joiner office inductions
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director on operational improvements
  • Manage landlord and relationships with suppliers 
  • Maintain and manage Health & Safety standards across the office
  • Support the Marketing team with event materials
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of UK and International Away Days
  • Support culture-building activities

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager
  • Previous experience in event planning
  • Marketing experience desirable
  • A hands-on, service-focused attitude with exceptional organisational skills
  • Comfortable managing others, making decisions, and taking ownership of daily operations
  • A warm, approachable personality who enjoys supporting and engaging people at all levels
  • Comfortable with a physically active role, including lifting items and supporting hands-on tasks throughout the office
  • Competent with Microsoft 365
