Client Services Operations Assistant (FTC) - Financial Services Group, Central London

Fixed Term Contract: 4–5 months

A leading, award-winning financial services group is seeking a detail-focused Client Onboarding Assistant to support their Operations team during a key period of growth.

This is a great opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys administrative work, takes pride in accuracy and organisation, and feels energised by helping a team run smoothly. You’ll play an important part in ensuring new investors are onboarded efficiently across a range of investment products.

The role is administrative - ideal for someone who loves structure, has strong attention to detail and brings a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

This is a fully office-based position, focused on processing applications, managing documentation, updating internal systems and supporting the wider team with day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities will include: 

  • Processing new applications and checking documents
  • Scanning, organising and filing paperwork
  • Logging incoming post and distributing it to the right people
  • Updating internal records and ensuring information is accurate
  • Supporting the team with day-to-day admin tasks
  • Pitching in wherever needed during busy periods

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role within an office
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to help
  • Comfortable working under pressure, particularly during deadlines
  • Organised, methodical and reliable
  • Able to learn new processes quickly
  • Financial services experience is welcome but not essential
