EA to CEO & CFO - Retail Group, London (3 Month FTC)

Vacancy Description:

We are looking for a brilliant Executive Assistant to join a leading retail group on a 3 month FTC starting immediately, to provide high-level support to the CEO and CFO. Acting as a true right hand to both Executives, you’ll need to operate with pace, precision, and professionalism; working both autonomously and collaboratively within a high-performing team.

This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. We are seeking an Executive Assistant who can hit the ground running, bring structure to a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities will include: 

  • Provide proactive, high-level executive support to the CEO and CFO
  • Manage complex and ever-changing calendars, ensuring seamless scheduling and prioritisation
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, visas, accommodation, and logistics
  • Prepare, edit, and format presentations, reports, board packs, and high-level correspondence
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Monitor and manage email inboxes, flagging priorities and drafting responses where appropriate
  • Support with meeting preparation: agendas, minutes, action tracking, and follow-ups
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Anticipate the needs of the Executives and proactively resolve issues before they arise
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure alignment and consistency across the business
  • Assist with ad hoc personal support tasks, when required 

What we are looking for:

  • Experience operating as an EA at C-Suite level and working with senior stakeholders
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong decision-making capabilities
  • Outstanding organisational and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong business and commercial acumen 
  • High levels of discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential
