Executive Assistant to Founder & CEO - Ethical and Sustainable Apparel Brand, West London

Vacancy Description:

We are partnering with a highly ambitious, fast-growing, design-led apparel brand to appoint an outstanding Executive Assistant to support their Founder & CEO. Based in a studio in West London, the team is made up ambitious and high-performing individuals.

With international expansion well underway, including pop-ups planned in the US and a permanent store opening on the horizon, this is a rare opportunity to join a brand at an inflection point and work at the very centre of its growth. The environment is fast-paced, international and ever-evolving, requiring exceptional judgement, discretion and emotional intelligence.

You will act as a trusted right hand: anticipating needs, bringing structure to complexity, and enabling the Founder to operate at the highest level. This is a role for someone who enjoys being fully immersed, who thrives on responsibility and who wants to grow alongside an exceptional founder and brand.

Regular international travel is part of the role, including Paris, Rome and the US, so flexibility and availability are essential.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • End-to-end, complex diary management across multiple time zones
  • Global travel planning and logistics (business and personal)
  • Inbox management, prioritisation and gatekeeping
  • Supporting key business initiatives and projects
  • Acting as a first point of contact for senior stakeholders and partners
  • Managing personal affairs with discretion and efficiency
  • Anticipating needs, solving problems proactively and calmly
  • Bringing order, clarity and momentum to a highly dynamic schedule

What we are looking for:

  • Highly intelligent, articulate and emotionally astute EA
  • Experience in apparel / fashion would be beneficial
  • Proactive, resourceful and several steps ahead
  • Comfortable operating at pace with shifting priorities
  • Naturally organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident communicating with senior, international stakeholders
  • Curious, cultured and globally minded (any exposure to or knowledge of New York is a plus)
  • Ambitious and excited by growth

This role suits someone who enjoys being in the office, has the flexibility to travel and is happy to be fully committed to the role.
