EA to Founder - Arts Consultancy, Central London

Vacancy Description:

We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Executive Assistant to support the Founder of a dynamic, growing and thriving creative / arts consultancy. Brilliant varied role providing both business and private support. This is a high-impact role at the heart of a business that celebrates creativity and innovation

Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage complex diaries and two busy inboxes (confidential and company-facing).
  • Handle correspondence, prioritising with discretion and efficiency.
  • Coordinate national and international travel, including preparing travel packs and printed documents.
  • Support with pitches, presentations, and business development activities.
  • Act as a key point of contact internally and externally, maintaining professionalism and gravitas.
  • Prepare for and support the Founder in meetings, events, and client interactions.
  • Provide a balance of structured organisation with a nurturing, open-minded approach. 

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience supporting at senior leadership level – ideally 5 years +
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills — able to build trust quickly and represent the Founder with gravitas.
  • A proactive mindset, comfortable with voice notes, dynamic communication, and fast-moving priorities.
  • Discretion and maturity when handling sensitive information.
  • A positive, open-minded approach that fits well with a collaborative, respectful workplace.
  • 3 months full-time office, then hybrid 3:2
