EA to Founder - Arts Consultancy, Central London
Vacancy Description:
We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Executive Assistant to support the Founder of a dynamic, growing and thriving creative / arts consultancy. Brilliant varied role providing both business and private support. This is a high-impact role at the heart of a business that celebrates creativity and innovation.

Responsibilities will include:
- Manage complex diaries and two busy inboxes (confidential and company-facing).
- Handle correspondence, prioritising with discretion and efficiency.
- Coordinate national and international travel, including preparing travel packs and printed documents.
- Support with pitches, presentations, and business development activities.
- Act as a key point of contact internally and externally, maintaining professionalism and gravitas.
- Prepare for and support the Founder in meetings, events, and client interactions.
- Provide a balance of structured organisation with a nurturing, open-minded approach.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience supporting at senior leadership level – ideally 5 years +
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills — able to build trust quickly and represent the Founder with gravitas.
- A proactive mindset, comfortable with voice notes, dynamic communication, and fast-moving priorities.
- Discretion and maturity when handling sensitive information.
- A positive, open-minded approach that fits well with a collaborative, respectful workplace.
- 3 months full-time office, then hybrid 3:2
Salary
£42,000 - £45,000 pa
